Export of Processed Agricultural Products from Ukraine Reached 6.3 Billion Dollars
The Ukrainian export of agricultural products obtained through processing reached 6.3 billion US dollars. This result was made possible by the active development of the processing industry, modernization of enterprises, and an increase in demand from countries in Asia, the European Union, and the Middle East.

Increase in Export Volumes of Processed Goods
Analysts note the dynamic growth in the export of oils, meals, ready-made food products, and other types of processed agricultural products. Such products have significantly higher added value compared to the export of raw materials, which positively affects the profitability of the agricultural sector.
Thanks to the expansion of production capacities and the implementation of modern technologies, domestic enterprises have been able to increase production and supply volumes. Stable demand for Ukrainian processed goods is ensured by key importers from various regions of the world.
Strategic Importance for the Economy of Ukraine
It should be noted that the share of grain and oilseed exports is gradually decreasing. The main reason for this is the higher margin of processed products, which allows for a reduction in dependence on price fluctuations in global markets and increases the resilience of exports to logistical challenges.
Traditionally, industry associations emphasize the need to increase the share of processed products in Ukraine’s export volume. This is strategically important for the economy and contributes to job creation, development of domestic production, and an increase in foreign currency inflows.
The growth of processed agricultural product exports allows Ukraine to strengthen its position not only as a supplier of raw materials but also as a producer of finished goods, contributing to long-term stability in global markets.
