Farmers in Seven Western Regions Can Receive Up to $150,000 for Vegetable and Berry Production
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in collaboration with the European Union has announced the launch of a new grant program aimed at supporting vegetable and berry producers in the western regions of Ukraine. The initiative is designed to stimulate the development of aggregation models, optimize logistics, and expand the production capabilities of local agricultural enterprises.

Program Details for Farmers in Western Ukraine
Agrarians from Volyn, Transcarpathia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, and Chernivtsi regions will be able to participate in the program. The maximum grant amount for one enterprise is set at $150,000. Applications for funding must be submitted through the State Agricultural Register.
The main goal of this initiative is to strengthen cooperation with small farms and help them access new markets. The funds can be used for modernizing production processes, upgrading equipment, or improving logistics chains in the field of vegetable and berry production.
