Sale of a Mill Factory and Grain Storage Facilities in Chernihiv

A modern mill factory is available for purchase in Chernihiv Oblast, capable of processing up to 130 tons of grain per day and producing high-quality flour. Additionally, the mill includes grain storage facilities with a capacity of over 20,000 tons. The price of the property is $2.6 million. The complex is located 30 kilometers from Chernihiv on a 3.5-hectare site, with over 11,000 square meters of production and storage space. There is also a project planned for the construction of a new elevator with a capacity of up to 27,500 tons.

Investment Proposals in Vinnytsia and Transcarpathia

A plant for the production of fuel and feed pellets, as well as organic bedding materials, is for sale in Vinnytsia for $3 million. The facility has a production capacity of 55,000 tons per year, international certification, and exports over 95% of its products to countries in the European Union and the Middle East. The plant is situated on a land plot of 6.3 hectares.

In the village of Batyovo in Transcarpathia, an industrial land plot of 16.3 hectares is for sale for $2.5 million. The property is located just 50 meters from an international highway and near several border crossing points. The land is suitable for the construction of an elevator, logistics hub, manufacturing complexes, or an industrial park.
