Restoration of Ukrainian Industry and Business After Russia’s Aggression

The company “Rivneazot,” part of the OSTCHEM group of DF, has completed the restoration of mineral fertilizer production, returning key workshops to planned capacity. As of today, the ammonia production line is capable of producing 650 tons of product per day, while non-concentrated nitric acid can be produced at a rate of 1,000 tons daily. The production capacity of the ammonium nitrate workshop is 40,000 tons per month. The enterprise is supplied with the necessary resources, including gas for fertilizer production, and has already begun shipping finished goods.

It is worth noting that in February of this year, “Rivneazot” was forced to halt operations due to significant disruptions in electricity supply caused by Russia’s strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.

Restoration of the Printing House in Kharkiv

Additionally, thanks to the support of the fund established by American businessman and philanthropist Howard Buffett, the “Factor-Print” printing house in Kharkiv has resumed operations after being destroyed as a result of a Russian attack on May 23, 2024. The fire that broke out after the shelling destroyed approximately 50,000 books. “Factor-Print” is part of the “Factor” holding, which also includes a publishing house and the Vivat bookstore chain. This printing house is one of the largest full-cycle complexes in Europe.

Since the beginning of the war, Buffett’s fund has provided assistance to Ukrainians totaling over $196 million, significantly contributing to the restoration of infrastructure and business in Ukraine.
