The Cost of Agricultural Land in Ukraine Increased in March 2026
In March 2026, the average price of agricultural land in Ukraine significantly increased. According to market data, the average cost of one hectare reached 77,153 UAH, which is 10.6% higher than in February of the current year (69,78 UAH/ha).

Price Dynamics and Land Sales Volumes
At the beginning of the year, in January, the average price per hectare reached a record high of 95,768 UAH. After that, there was a gradual decline and stabilization of prices. In March, market activity also increased: nearly 24 thousand hectares of agricultural land were sold, demonstrating significant revitalization compared to previous months.
Regional Features of Land Prices
The most expensive land is traditionally sold in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, where the price per hectare reaches 173,5 UAH. In the Kyiv region, the average cost is 161,6 UAH/ha.

The lowest prices were recorded in the Kherson (35,7 UAH/ha), Zaporizhzhia (41,8 UAH/ha), and Sumy (42 UAH/ha) regions.

“Before the Russian invasion, an average of 10 thousand hectares were sold per week. Currently, sales have dropped fourfold — to 2.5 thousand hectares per week.”
