During the current marketing year, Turkey has become the leading importer of Ukrainian meal and feed flour, purchasing 111,200 tons of this product. Overall, from July 1 to December 23, 2025, Ukraine exported 168,600 tons of meal and feed flour worth $26.8 million. In addition to Turkey, among the buyers of this product were also Syria and Romania, and at the end of the year, Tunisia returned to purchasing.

Boost in Exports from Azerbaijan to Ukraine

From January to October 2025, Azerbaijan significantly increased its exports of persimmons to Ukraine. Compared to the same period last year, shipments of this product rose by 40% and reached 8,874 tons. In monetary terms, this growth amounted to 68%, with the total export value reaching $8.2 million. Furthermore, from January to September 2025, Azerbaijan quadrupled its tomato supplies to the Ukrainian market, reaching 167 tons.

Changes in Walnut Supply to Georgia

Ukraine’s position in the Georgian walnut market has significantly changed. Before the full-scale war, Ukraine was among the top three exporters of this product to Georgia, but currently, supplies have almost completely ceased. It is worth noting that in 2024-2025, Ukraine ranked fourth in the world in walnut production, growing approximately 101,000 tons, surpassed only by China, the USA, and Chile.
