An Analytical Module for Public Reporting of the State Agricultural Register Launched in Ukraine

This is reported by AgroReview
A new analytical portal bi.dar.gov.ua has been launched in Ukraine — this is a statistical module of the “State Agricultural Register” (DAR) information system. The resource has been developed as a tool for open analytics, providing continuous access to current and summarized data on the activities of the DAR system.
Capabilities of the New DAR Portal
The modern portal operates in real-time and allows for the prompt tracking of key performance indicators of the DAR. Users can analyze the participation of agricultural producers in state and international support programs, as well as assess the development of digital services in agriculture. The BI module (Business Intelligence) displays statistical information through interactive dashboards, making it easier to work with large volumes of data.
Information Provided by the Portal
Thanks to the new module, users gain access to the following data:
- the total number of registered agricultural producers, their land bank, and livestock;
- detailed regional distribution of farmers — down to the level of region, district, and community;
- activity in submitting applications for participation in support programs;
- depersonalized data on the distribution of funds and a list of support recipients;
- other statistical indicators illustrating the effectiveness of agricultural policy implementation.
“Approximately 80% of platform users are small and medium producers, which refutes the common belief that only large agribusinesses dominate.”
As of the end of February, over 200,000 agricultural producers have been registered in the State Agricultural Register, cultivating about 20 million hectares of agricultural land. This has significantly detailed the structure of the agricultural sector — while previously, official statistics showed a lower number of small farmers, the register has increased their numbers several times.
