Cabinet to Regulate Land Tax Payments for Agricultural Fortifications

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to streamline the taxation mechanism for agricultural land on which fortification structures are located. This task has been assigned to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the latest government meeting.

Taxes for Relocated Enterprises and Preservation of Industrial Parks

Denys Shmyhal clarified that the government is simultaneously working on resolving the issue of tax payments by relocated companies. In particular, this concerns tax deductions at the registration location of such enterprises in the frontline regions of Ukraine. Special attention is also being paid to preventing the liquidation of industrial parks in areas located near the line of conflict.

Accelerating the Privatization of ‘Sumykhimprom’

In addition, the Prime Minister has instructed to expedite the privatization process of the public joint-stock company ‘Sumykhimprom’. The aim of this step is to attract strategic investors and develop the enterprise under new economic conditions.
