Forecast: Fuel prices may drop to 3 UAH per liter

In the coming month, there is a possibility that fuel prices at gas stations in Ukraine may decrease to 3 UAH per liter. This was reported by Serhiy Kuyun, director of the consulting company “A-95,” during an interview on the KYIV24 channel.

The expert noted that there is a significant decline in oil prices on global markets, which could positively impact the cost of gasoline and diesel fuel for Ukrainian consumers. If oil prices remain around 65 dollars per barrel over the next few weeks, the market may respond accordingly.

“Regarding liquefied gas, the situation is less predictable. Its pricing is more autonomous and depends not only on oil prices but also on demand from the petrochemical industry,” noted Serhiy Kuyun.

The drop in oil prices is good news not only for consumers in Ukraine but also in a geopolitical context. As the expert emphasized, it is important not only to reduce fuel costs but also to weaken Russia’s financial capabilities.

Earlier, representatives of the State Customs Service of Ukraine also reminded about the specifics of importing fuel into the country, emphasizing the importance of adhering to all necessary procedures.
