Starting April 1, 2025, only companies that have updated their criticality status according to the new requirements will be able to continue booking their employees, as reported by the government portal.

This is reported by AgroReview

“Since the beginning of the year, most diligent companies have already re-confirmed their criticality with the relevant state authorities and rebooked their employees. The deferrals for rebooked employees will remain valid after April 1,” said Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kindraty.

What changes will take effect from April 1?

From April 1, the following changes will be implemented:

  • The validity of bookings made under the old system will expire.
  • The standard procedure for reviewing applications for employee bookings for critically important enterprises will be reinstated, lasting 72 hours.
  • Bookings will be available exclusively to those enterprises that have received confirmation of criticality under the new rules.

What should companies without updated status do?

Companies that have not yet updated their status need to:

  1. Update their company’s criticality status following the new procedure.
  2. After confirming the new status, reapply for employee bookings.
  3. If your employee already has an active booking, it must be canceled first.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reminds that all bookings can only be made electronically through the Diia portal, and the preparation of paper documents or orders is not necessary.
