Grants up to 8 million UAH for processors: launch of a new wave of applications in March 2026

The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine announced the first two-week wave of applications for state grants for enterprises in the processing industry, aimed at creating or expanding production capacities, starting from March 2, 2026.

Grants for Development and Recovery of Production

Enterprises are also encouraged to apply for grants to restore operations after shelling. Applications are organized through the national portal “Diia”.

Financial support is directed, in particular, towards:

• the purchase, transportation, installation, and commissioning of production equipment;
• conducting research for the launch of new types of products (R&D).

Additionally, enterprises engaged in the cultivation of perennial crops (NACE 01.2) and registered in the State Agrarian Register (SAR) have the opportunity to receive a grant for the purchase of equipment for post-harvest processing of agricultural products.

Co-Financing Conditions and Grant Amounts

Recovery grants can be used for the purchase and launch of new equipment necessary for restoring the activities of enterprises affected by shelling.

Funding is provided on the terms of co-financing by the state and the applicant:

• 50% to 50% — basic scheme;
• 70% to 30% — if the equipment is purchased exclusively from Ukrainian manufacturers;
• 80% to 20% — for recovery grants, as well as for the development of production located in frontline and de-occupied territories, UAV manufacturers, and printing houses.

“The maximum grant amount is up to 8 million UAH for development and up to 16 million UAH for recovery of production, but not exceeding the confirmed losses.”

Receiving grant support for development and recovery requires the mandatory creation of at least five new jobs.
