Strategic Location and Composition of the Complex
The buildings included in the lot are partially located in the central part of Dnipro, providing convenient access to transportation infrastructure, educational institutions, shops, and parks. The complex includes an administrative building with an area of 305 square meters and non-residential buildings totaling 288 square meters in Dnipro, as well as production facilities covering 776 square meters in the city of Zhovti Vody (Dnipropetrovsk region).
Opportunities for Investors and Situation with Other Auctions
As noted by the SPFU, acquiring this property is an opportunity to obtain a large volume of commercial real estate with a favorable location and potential for creating a profitable office, logistics, or production hub.
At the same time, the privatization auction for the sale of 99.99% of the shares of one of the largest chemical enterprises in the country, “Sumykhimprom,” which was to take place on January 13 with a starting price of 1.088 billion hryvnias, did not occur due to a lack of participants.
