Main Areas of Funding for State Programs
During the government meeting on February 16, a decision was made to allocate funds from the special fund of the state budget. In particular, as part of the policy to support Ukrainian producers “Made in Ukraine” and programs for clearing territories of mines, part of the funding will go towards compensating the cost of agricultural machinery, developing production, and demining.
“In particular, 1.8 billion UAH has been allocated for partial compensation of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment. The state will reimburse 25% of the cost of the equipment, which will allow about 5,000 farmers and food producers to update their technical fleet, while Ukrainian factories will receive additional orders.”
Another 1 billion UAH will be directed towards the development of industrial parks, which will enable the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure for launching new productions. A total of 653.1 million UAH is allocated to support investment projects with significant capital investments — these funds will be used to reimburse businesses for costs associated with creating the necessary infrastructure.
Support for Domestic Producers and Land Demining
Additionally, 1.2 billion UAH is allocated to stimulate domestic demand for Ukrainian products. Of this amount, 700 million UAH will be directed to the “National Cashback” program, and another 475 million UAH will be used to compensate 15% of the cost of Ukrainian industrial machinery, including construction, communal, and energy equipment.
Furthermore, 1 billion UAH has been allocated for the humanitarian demining program — these funds will cover the costs of clearing agricultural land from mines, allowing them to be returned to agricultural use.
In total, about 37 billion UAH is planned for the implementation of programs under the “Made in Ukraine” policy in 2026.
