The Ministry of Economy has approved minimum export prices for agricultural products for December 2025
The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine has approved a list of minimum prices for the export of key agricultural products for December 2025. The new conditions apply to goods that are subject to the export support regime.

Which agricultural products are regulated
According to the order, minimum export prices have been set for the following commodity positions:
- honey (code UKTZED 0409 00 00 00);
- nuts in shells (0802 31 00 00);
- nuts without shells (0802 32 00 00);
- wheat (1001);
- rye (1002);
- barley (1003);
- oats (1004);
- corn (1005);
- soybeans (1201);
- rapeseed (1205);
- sunflower seeds (1206 00);
- soybean oil (1507);
- sunflower oil (1512);
- rapeseed oil (1514);
- meal (2306).
The purpose of establishing minimum prices
The establishment of minimum allowable export prices aims to ensure transparency in trade, protect domestic producers, and stabilize the agricultural product market. Such measures are intended not only to support the competitiveness of Ukrainian goods in foreign markets but also to prevent price dumping.
“The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine has determined the minimum prices for agricultural products that are subject to the export support regime.”
This policy allows for clear rules to be established for market participants during export operations in December 2025.
