The State Allocates 500 Million UAH for the Development of Industrial Parks in 2025
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has announced the start of accepting applications for state support for industrial parks in 2025. The stimulation program has commenced and will last until August 15. Over the past year, 15 industrial parks have been supported through state funding, totaling 1.1 billion UAH, covering 33 projects of new industrial infrastructure. An additional 500 million UAH is allocated for the development of the sector next year.

New Co-Financing Opportunities for Park Initiators
In 2025, initiators of industrial parks can expect co-financing of up to 150 million UAH for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure and for reimbursement of connection costs to networks. Importantly, now one applicant has the right to submit multiple applications over two years, but within a total amount of up to 150 million UAH. This allows for more effective planning of large investment projects and attracting additional resources.
At the same time, the Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the application acceptance and funding allocation procedures, which will expand the opportunities for attracting funds for industrial parks. In particular, one applicant can now submit multiple applications over two years, but within a total amount of up to 150 million UAH, enabling better planning of large projects.
Support for Local Budgets, Loans, and Grants
In addition to their own funds, project co-financing can now include financing from local budgets, as well as loans and grants. This significantly expands the potential for financing and opens new opportunities for the development of industrial parks across the country.
As of today, 25 factories have already been built or are under construction in Ukraine’s industrial parks, over 100,000 square meters of new industrial real estate have been created, and access to approximately 200 MW of electrical power has been secured. In total, around 100 industrial parks are operational in Ukraine, indicating active development in this area.
