Ukrzaliznytsia Plans to Launch Grain Transport under Long-Term Contracts
JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” intends to start grain transport under long-term contracts this month, which will be an important step towards stabilizing and developing the logistics of the agricultural market.

Preparation for the Launch of New Transport Services
As reported by Yevhen Ilnytskyi, a representative of the “Transport Logistics Center” branch of UZ, the company’s tariff commission has approved all necessary coefficients for concluding such contracts. According to him, in the near future, the “Transport Logistics Center” plans to finalize two long-term contracts, and transport under them may be carried out this month.

Market Interest and Additional Proposals
Additionally, the company has received two more proposals for concluding long-term agreements, which are currently in the signing stage. Furthermore, three requests from market participants who also plan to cooperate on long-term terms are under consideration.
Yevhen Ilnytskyi called on businesses to actively sign long-term contracts for cargo transportation, emphasizing that in such agreements, rates do not depend on average transport speeds. This allows agricultural enterprises to plan logistics more effectively and reduce risks associated with product transportation.
