Vollert Begins Construction of Factories in Ukraine for the Production of Reinforced Concrete Structures

The German industrial consortium, led by Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH, announces the opening of a network of high-tech factories for the production of precast reinforced concrete structures in Ukraine. This project is based on the implementation of advanced automated technologies that will ensure speed, quality, and scalability of production, as stated by the company.

Investments in Ukrainian Infrastructure
Kyiv and Kharkiv will be the first cities to receive significant foreign investments as part of this project. Planned negotiations with Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov regarding the launch of the first factory for the production of reinforced concrete structures are underway. In total, the volume of the initial investment will exceed ₴5 billion.
Prospects and Scale of the Project
This new factory, which will be the largest in Europe, will have a capacity of 450,000 square meters per year, with its main goal being to support the construction of 1 million square meters of residential space annually.
The project is being implemented under the guarantee of the largest insurance company, Euler Hermes, and is receiving funding from a consortium of European banks. In the near future, the introduction of new digital technologies in construction aims to elevate Ukraine to European and global housing markets.
