Analysis of Companies Linked to Timur Mindich: Structure, Partners, and Financial Indicators
YouControl analysts conducted a study of open data regarding the activities of Timur Mindich and Oleksandr Tsukerman, against whom sanctions were imposed for three years in November. It turned out that Timur Mindich is registered as an individual entrepreneur in the field of “Distribution of films and videos” and has connections with 17 legal entities in Ukraine.

Mindich’s Business Structure and Financial Results
Of the 17 companies, two — “Mega Brand” and “Megaton” — were liquidated in 2019. Mindich’s partner in “Megaton” was Petro Palytsia, who, according to the publication “Business Capital,” is the father of people’s deputy Ihor Palytsia. Among the active companies, nine remain, which collectively earned a revenue of 218.6 million UAH in 2024. The largest among them are:
- “Kvartal 95” — 120.8 million UAH
- “Drive Production” — 42.7 million UAH
- “Kvartal TV” — 22.5 million UAH
- “Stadium Family” — 14.4 million UAH
- “Quartzit DM” — 10.4 million UAH
- “Vision Kvartal TV” — 5.3 million UAH
- “Kinostolitsa” — 2.5 million UAH
- “Sky Food Services” — 1,200 UAH
- “Coffee Bar Plus” — 300 UAH
Two companies — ZNVKIF “Genesis” and “Next Line Production” — had no revenue in 2024, while another four (“Good Looking”, NGO “Kyiv Torah Center”, “Control Service”, “Interregional Trade and Industrial Company MTK”) did not submit financial reports for the current year.
Partners, International Connections, and Sanctions
Timur Mindich’s joint business ventures include Serhiy Shefir — a former assistant to the President, as well as Hennadiy Boholyubov, a former co-owner of “PrivatBank,” who has also been under sanctions from the National Security and Defense Council since February 2025. Mindich is the ultimate beneficiary of the British company Meylor Global LLP and a co-owner of the Luxembourg-based Mineral Assets Corporation SA. Until December 2024, this company was part of the Russian “New Diamond Technology,” which specializes in the production of synthetic diamonds. Mindich’s business partner at Mineral Assets Corporation SA is Russian citizen Teimuraz Khikhinashvili.
Experts note that Mindich’s connections are confirmed by data from the analytical system YC World, which allows for the identification of international business connections.
According to Forbes Ukraine, the activities of the humorous project Stadium Family were suspended due to suspicions of a corruption scheme in the energy sector involving one of the co-owners.
“Studio Kvartal 95” stated on social media that Mindich has a legal connection with the company but “does not participate in its activities and does not influence the content or decisions of the team.”
