An Auction for the Sale of Industrial Facilities Starts in Ukraine: Investment Opportunities

The State Property Fund of Ukraine will announce an auction for the privatization of the state enterprise “Zhytomyr Liquor and Vodka Plant” on April 11. The starting price for this asset is over ₴101 million. The enterprise is actively operating and has all the necessary licenses. From 2022 to 2024, the plant sold products worth a total of ₴347.124 million, of which ₴523,000 were exported.

The lot includes not only buildings and structures but also machinery, equipment, engineering networks, as well as 13 plots of land with a total area of 17.93 hectares and 47 units of vehicles and specialized equipment.

“Last week, privatization auctions brought the state ₴22.5 million,” the organization noted.

This week, 25 auctions are planned to be held.

Additionally, in Transcarpathia, in the city of Berehove, a ready-made business is also up for sale – a modern production of natural cold-pressed juices priced at $6.5 million. This enterprise is equipped with innovative equipment using SIG Combibloc technology. In 2022, it suspended its main activities and is currently only fulfilling small individual orders.

The flexibility and versatility of the equipment allow for quick adaptation of production to other types of beverages, such as dairy products, yogurts, creams, sauces, and plant-based alternatives.
