- 1 head of broccoli
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 20 g parmesan
- 70 g mozzarella

Preparation
- Divide the broccoli into florets.
- Add salt to boiling water, then drop in the broccoli and cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes until tender.
- Drain the broccoli in a colander to remove excess liquid. Transfer the broccoli to a bowl and mash it with a fork until it reaches a puree consistency.
- Add the breadcrumbs and parmesan, and mix thoroughly.
- Form small balls from the mixture, placing a cube of mozzarella in the center of each, and shape them into patties.
- Fry the patties for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
