Entry into the Agricultural Market and Expansion of Land Bank

Alviva Group has been actively developing its crop production direction for over two years. In 2024, the company established a land bank covering 4,000 hectares in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. This year, the first harvest of wheat and sunflower is expected from these fields. The strategic plan anticipates that by 2025, wheat will occupy 26% of the total sown area, and by 2026, the entire land bank will be allocated for this crop.

Market Positions and Well-Known Brands

Alviva Group is well-known to Ukrainian consumers through brands such as “Kyivkhlib,” Tarta, Tendi, Norden Brod, British Sandwich, and “Kyivmlyn.” The company employs over 6,000 staff members, and its annual turnover exceeds 9 billion hryvnias.

Currently, Alviva Group exports its finished products to more than 30 countries worldwide. Company representatives emphasize that the establishment of its own agricultural direction is a logical and strategically important step for the further development of the group.

“Alviva Group has strategically expanded its operations and entered the agricultural market in Ukraine. This move will allow the group to establish complete control over the entire production cycle – from growing its own grains to processing them and releasing food products.”
