A Competition for the Manager of the ‘Tourist’ Hotel in Lviv Has Started, Valued at Over 206 Million UAH
The National Agency for the Detection and Management of Assets (ARMA) has announced an open competition for the selection of a manager for the seized ‘Tourist’ hotel in Lviv.

Description of the ‘Tourist’ Hotel Complex
The complex is located in a prestigious area of Lviv and has significant potential for further development in the city’s hotel business. The asset includes a nine-story hotel complex with an area of 4851.8 sq. m, a separate restaurant building of 1552 sq. m, its own parking lot, and a land plot of 0.67 hectares.
Valuation and Competition Conditions
According to the results of an independent expert assessment, the total value of the property complex exceeds 206 million UAH (excluding VAT). ARMA invites potential managers to participate in the open competition for the effective management of this facility and the further development of its infrastructure.
