Details of the Agreement and Ownership Structure

“Siefdji Trading” is a subsidiary of the agricultural holding “Continental Farmers Group”. According to information available from open sources, the main founders of “Polissya 2025”, registered in September 2025, are the companies “Agro-Orms” and “Ukrainian Sugar Company”. Both companies are part of A’SPIK Group, which is owned by Oleksandr Spivak.

Current Beneficiary and Specialization of the Enterprise

Currently, the beneficiary of “Polissya 2025” is the company “Sivos Trade” (Sivos trade d. o. o.), owned by Iryna Spivak, the wife of Oleksandr Spivak. The farm specializes in the cultivation of grain and oilseed crops, which aligns with the key development areas of Ukraine’s agricultural sector.

It is noted that this concerns the acquisition of a stake in the authorized capital of the company, which will ensure more than 50% of the votes in the highest governing body of the company.
