Growth of the Ukrainian Hotel Market Revenue by 440% by 2024

From 2022 to 2024, the revenue of Ukraine’s hotel industry increased by 440%, reaching ₴44.4 billion, as confirmed by data from Vkursi Market BI. In 2024, the highest profits were demonstrated by the capital’s hotels, which collectively earned ₴28.1 billion. This is due to the high concentration of business activity and the hosting of business events in Kyiv.

The next highest-earning regions are Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast with ₴5.1 billion, Lviv Oblast with ₴4.9 billion, Zakarpattia with ₴1.3 billion, and Odesa Oblast with ₴939 million. It is worth noting that the company “Parktur,” which manages the “Bukovel” hotels, generated over ₴1 billion in revenue; however, this is 64% less compared to 2023, when the company’s net income was ₴2.9 billion.

Currently, there are 3,017 registered enterprises in Ukraine engaged in the hotel business and other forms of temporary accommodation. In 2022, the industry’s revenue was only ₴8.2 billion, and in 2023 it reached ₴15.3 billion, representing an 86% increase.
