Growth in Net Profit and Stable EBITDA

MHP’s net profit for 2025 increased to $187 million, representing a 30% growth compared to the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA (excluding IFRS 16) remained at last year’s level, amounting to $569 million. At the same time, the agroholding’s operating profit (excluding impairment) decreased to $376 million, which is 15% less than in 2024.

Key Success Factors and Scale of Operations

The company notes that the positive result is ensured by consistently high demand for chicken and its processed products both in the domestic market of Ukraine and in export markets. Favorable market prices and the effective work of the team in minimizing production disruptions also significantly impacted the indicators.

“MHP reports good operational and financial results for the 12 months of 2025 due to the constant high demand for chicken meat and its processed products both in Ukraine and for export, favorable price conditions, and the success of our team in minimizing production disruptions,” the text states.

MHP remains the largest producer of chicken in Ukraine and holds a leading position in crop production. The company cultivates 360,000 hectares of land in 12 regions of Ukraine, engaged in the production of grains, oil, and meat processing products, which are supplied to over 80 countries worldwide. In addition to its core activities in Ukraine, the agroholding has subsidiaries in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and European Union countries.
