Plant Upgrades and Production Capabilities
During 2018–2019, the plant underwent extensive restructuring and technical modernization. The facility received modern equipment, including pressing units, filtration systems, extractors, a laboratory complex, and an automated quality control system. As a result, the plant operates in accordance with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000 (food safety), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice for feed additives).

Product Range and Logistical Advantages
The plant specializes in processing sunflower seeds, producing first-grade unrefined sunflower oil, granulated meal, and seed husks. The production complex provides a full cycle: from raw material reception and storage to laboratory control and shipping of finished products. The site is connected to road, rail, and water transport, significantly expanding logistical capabilities.
The technical specifications of the plant include:
- Sunflower seed processing: 330,000 tons/year
- Oil production: 141,000 tons/year
- Meal production: 131,000 tons/year
- Husk production: 58,000 tons/year
Storage capacities allow for the simultaneous reception and storage of up to 9,000 tons of seeds, 8,000 tons of oil, 13,000 tons of meal, and 3,000 tons of husk. Seed reception is conducted by road and rail with a daily capacity of up to 1,000 tons, while the shipping of meal and husk by water transport reaches 1,500 tons per day, and by truck up to 600 tons per day.
