A New Metal Hardware Manufacturing Plant Opens in Bucha for ₴8 Million

A modern plant, Fres Co, specializing in the production of metal binding springs and hardware for the printing industry, has started operations in the “KIT” industrial park in Bucha, Kyiv region. The opening of the facility took place on June 6, with total investments in the production launch amounting to 8 million hryvnias.

Production Capacity and Product Range
The new plant has the capacity to produce up to 2,000 rolls of products per month, which meets about 40% of the domestic market’s needs in this category of goods in Ukraine. Fres Co is already beginning to develop the production of eyelets — metal fasteners used in printed products. According to the plan, the company will meet the entire domestic demand for eyelets and will start exporting to European Union countries.
“The production capacity is 2,000 rolls per month, which allows us to meet 40% of the domestic market’s needs in Ukraine. The investment in the enterprise amounts to ₴8 million”.
Development Plans for the “KIT” Park
Fres Co also intends to launch a production line for staples used in office supplies, printing, construction, and the furniture industry by the end of 2025. Currently, in the first phase of the industrial park, 6,600 square meters have already been leased for business, while another 2,700 square meters remain available. The completion of the second phase of construction, covering an area of 7,500 square meters, is planned for September 2025.
