A warehouse complex of 19,300 m², previously used as a potato storage facility, is offered for sale in the village of Tovstenke, Ternopil region. The price of the property is 1.93 million USD. The complex consists of two separate buildings constructed in 2014. It is conveniently located within 80-135 km from four regional centers – Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi. Its proximity to regional and national highways allows the complex to be used for establishing a logistics center, production facilities, or grain storage.

Production complex in Ladyzhyn

At the same time, a production complex of over 17,000 m² is on the market in the city of Ladyzhyn (Vinnytsia region) for a price of 2.5 million USD. The enterprise previously specialized in the production of reinforced concrete structures for residential and industrial construction. Its production capacity is up to 3,000 cubic meters of precast concrete and up to 5,000 cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete and mortars per month. The product range includes floor slabs, foundation blocks, curbs, reinforcement frames, and other products. There is potential for both the restoration of the main production and the repurposing of the complex for other needs.
