The State Property Fund has put a bakery with a mill and elevator in Chernivtsi region up for sale for over 215 million UAH
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an auction to sell the “Nepolokivetskyi Bakery Plant” in Chernivtsi region. The bidding is scheduled for October 30, with a starting price of over 215.7 million hryvnias.

Facilities and Auction Objects
The “Nepolokivetskyi Bakery Plant” complex is located on two plots of land with a total area of 19.9 hectares. The main activity of the enterprise is the production of flour and cereal products. The complex includes dozens of real estate objects, including a mill, an elevator, a production building, a truck unloading area, warehouses, and other utility structures. The territory also houses a bakery, a carpentry workshop, and its own boiler house. The company’s fleet consists of about 20 vehicles and specialized equipment.

Results of Previous Auctions and New Offers
Last week, the State Property Fund successfully held four privatization auctions, which replenished the state budget by 164.13 million hryvnias. High competition among participants led to a price increase of 166%. The most expensive object of the week was a group of non-residential premises in Kyiv, which rose in price from 694,900 to 125 million hryvnias.
This week, another 38 auctions are planned. Among them are state share packages of enterprises such as “Naftokhimik Prykarpattia”, “Ukrnaftoprodukt”, as well as the sole property complex of the state enterprise “Project Institute Ukrmetrotunnelproekt” and other objects.
