Ukrainian Auction Puts Zarubynskyi Distillery Up for Sale
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an auction for the sale of the Unified Property Complex (UPC) of the state enterprise «Zarubynskyi Distillery» on May 1, 2025. The starting price for the object is 162.178 million hryvnias.

According to the information, the Unified Property Complex of the enterprise specializes in the production of basic organic chemical substances. The main products include ethyl alcohol and other denatured spirits, which are used as fuel or components for the production of bioethanol and other fuel mixtures.
What is Included in the Property of the Enterprise
The privatization object includes real estate and infrastructure, specifically 49 facilities, as well as 27 vehicles and special equipment. Additionally, the enterprise has 637 units of movable property that support its production activities.
Auction Details and Starting Price
The auction is scheduled for May 1, 2025. The starting price for the object, excluding value-added tax (VAT), is 162,178,259.39 hryvnias.
