Ukrainian HR Startup PeopleForce Raises $5.4 Million in Investment for Expansion

The Ukrainian startup PeopleForce has raised $5.4 million in investment, marking an important step in its plans for faster development in the markets of Poland and Latin America. This funding will allow the company to implement new features to strengthen its position as a universal HR hub.

Enhancing Capabilities and Entering New Markets
The investment round was led by the funds Pracuj Ventures and u.ventures, with participation from Dnipro VC. As a result of last year, PeopleForce recorded an 80% annual growth, and the new funding will enable the company to continue implementing innovative solutions and strengthening its position in the HR market in collaboration with local clients.
Investments in Ukrainian Startups: New Opportunities
Additionally, the venture fund SID Venture Partners has invested in GO TO-U — a Ukrainian-American startup developing an operating system for managing electric vehicle charging stations. The amount and terms of the round remain confidential; however, on average, the venture fund’s check ranges from $200,000 to $300,000.
The company GO TO-U collaborates with various customer segments — from charging station operators and fleets to hotels, shopping centers, and gas stations. According to representatives of the startup, ““With access to 950,000 stations in 67 countries, we are shaping the future of seamless electric mobility”.”
