Construction of a 3,500 sq. m retail park has begun in Uzhhorod near the Kyiv-Chop highway

A modern retail park is being constructed in Transcarpathia, which will become the largest facility of its kind in the region. The new shopping and entertainment center is being built in Uzhhorod, close to the international Kyiv-Chop highway, which experiences daily traffic of about 45,000 vehicles.

Phase One: Retail Space and Sports Zone

The first phase of the project plans to construct a retail park building with a total area of 3,500 square meters, as well as establish a dedicated sports zone. Construction work has already begun, and according to the schedule, rental spaces will be handed over to retail operators for setup and preparation for opening in May 2025.

“By May next year, rental spaces will be handed over to retail operators for adaptation. The official opening of the park is scheduled for August 2026,” said Andriy Lototskyi, CEO of RDA.

Convenient Location, Modern Infrastructure, and Variety of Stores

The facility is advantageously located next to a busy transport hub, providing easy access for residents and visitors to the city. A large parking lot for 120 cars is planned, ensuring comfort for all visitors to the retail park.

In the future, tenants of the new shopping center will include home goods stores, specialized sports shops, clothing and footwear stores, as well as fashion operators. The second phase of the project includes the construction of additional auxiliary premises, which will expand the range of services for customers.
