Construction of New Shopping and Entertainment Centers and Opening of Supermarkets in Western Ukraine

In May 2025, the construction of a new shopping and entertainment center (SEC) Skelya will begin in the city of Stryi, Lviv region, which will become the largest in the area. The total area of the SEC will exceed 25,000 square meters, with a rental space of about 21,500 square meters. For the convenience of visitors, a parking lot for 300 cars will be provided. Currently, there is only one large SEC, “Stryi City,” in Stryi, which has an area half that of the planned facility.
