Construction of a Container Terminal Planned in Fastiv

In Fastiv, located in the Kyiv region, an initiative has emerged for the construction of a container terminal. This information was announced by Oleksandr Tkachuk, the director of terminal network development at Levada Cargo, which is part of the Lemtrans group.

At the 2025 Economic Forum, held at the end of March in Fastiv under the title “Platform for Development,” Tkachuk presented in detail the concept of the new infrastructure project — the container terminal.
Prospects for Logistics Development
In his opinion, the implementation of the terminal in Fastiv will contribute to the development of transport logistics in the region. In particular, the project will allow for the optimization of logistics chains, expand export opportunities for Ukrainian producers, and create favorable conditions for the integration of local businesses into global trade.
“The terminal in Fastiv will become a strategic link in the development of transport logistics in the region.
