Modern Trends in Potato Processing in Ukraine

In Ukraine, there is an active development of the potato processing segment — the production of chips, French fries, cleaned, and pasteurized products is on the rise. Among the key market players are new factories of the MAÏS company (specializing in the production of French fries) and the revived company LLC “Reno” (Green Guild Group).

The Adelaide farm was founded in 1992 in the village of Chulakivka, Kherson region. At the time of its establishment, the area of cultivated land was 50 hectares, and now the farm operates on 2,700 hectares in the southern region of the country. In 2006, the enterprise registered a branch in the Zhytomyr region, which allows for even more effective development of the cultivation and processing of agricultural products.
