Application Deadlines and Tender Details

Applications for participation in the tenders will be accepted until November 11, and submitted proposals will be valid until November 12. Participants are expected to provide competitive supply terms and ensure that the raw materials meet OAIC’s requirements.

Grain Supply Conditions

Delivery of the purchased wheat and barley is scheduled from December 1, 2025, to February 15, 2026, if the grain is supplied from European or Black Sea countries. In this case, deliveries will be made to the Algerian ports of Mostaganem or Tenes. However, if the products come from South America or Australia, the delivery dates will be moved one month earlier, which will help optimize logistical processes.

“The Algerian state company OAIC has announced tenders for the procurement of no less than 50,000 tons of milling wheat and no less than 50,000 tons of feed barley of any origin.”

Through these tenders, Algeria aims to meet the domestic demand for grain crops during the winter-spring period of 2025–2026.
