«Continental» Completes Potato Harvest in Ternopil and Lviv Regions
The company «Continental Farmers Group» has successfully completed this year’s potato harvesting campaign on its fields in the Ternopil and Lviv regions. Over 2,100 hectares were harvested, including 1,270 hectares allocated for chip varieties, 496 hectares for food varieties, and 356 hectares for seed varieties.

Season Highlights and Harvest Results
According to the head of the Potato Cluster, Andriy Bednarskyi, this agricultural season was marked by atypical conditions for growing the crop. Thanks to careful planning, organization of production processes, and high-quality execution of work, the company managed to achieve a significant increase in the planned yield indicators. The average gross yield of potatoes in 2025 was 18% higher than expected, which required a redistribution of the load on the company’s storage facilities.

Implementation of Modern Equipment and Future Plans
The 2025 harvesting campaign was also special due to significant updates to the company’s technical fleet. In particular, a new third-generation potato harvester—the most modern in Ukraine—was used in the fields. Capital investments in equipment upgrades not only increased work productivity but also ensured more delicate handling of the harvest. This aligns with the strategic direction of «Continental Farmers Group» towards modernizing production capacities and implementing advanced global practices in the domestic agricultural sector.
In parallel, the company is already actively preparing fields for planting the 2026 potato crop. The area allocated for this crop will remain at a similar level—around 2,100 hectares. Additionally, «Continental» is completing the harvesting of late grain crops.
