As of April 17, Ukraine exported 28.215 million tons of grains and legumes in the 2025/26 marketing year. This is a decrease of 6.13 million tons or 17.8% compared to the same period last year.

Dynamics of Wheat, Barley, and Rye Exports

During this period, exports of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 10.704 million tons, which is 2.854 million tons or 21% less than last year. Barley exports totaled 1.423 million tons — a decrease of 36.6% year-on-year. Rye shipments remain minimal, totaling only 0.2 thousand tons.

Indicators of Corn and Flour Exports

The volume of corn exports from Ukraine reached 15.65 million tons, which is 2.377 million tons or 13.2% less than in the previous marketing year. Additionally, 51.7 thousand tons of flour were shipped to foreign markets (equivalent to 68.9 thousand tons in grain terms), which is 5.1 thousand tons or 8.9% less than last year.
