Ichnya Dairy Plant Expands Range of A2 Milk Products

The Ichnya dry milk and butter plant, located in the Chernihiv region, has announced the expansion of its range of dairy products made from A2 milk. The new products include natural ayran and sour cream that meet high standards of quality and naturalness.

As part of the production expansion, the plant has launched ayran, which consists of milk, starter culture, and salt, as well as 15% fat sour cream, produced using a thermophilic method that allows it to mature directly in the jar while maintaining a thick and delicate consistency. Given the composition, these products are expected to be beneficial for people with sensitivity to regular milk.

Previously, the Ichnya plant began producing kefir and yogurts from A2 milk, highlighting its commitment to offering natural and healthy dairy products.
