Sugar Production in Ukraine Reached 880 Thousand Tons in November 2025

As of the first decade of November 2025, 26 sugar factories that are part of the National Association of Sugar Producers of Ukraine have already produced 880 thousand tons of sugar. This is 100 thousand tons less than during the same period last year.

Sugar Yield Indicators and Sugar Content of Beets

The current sugar yield stands at 14.81%, which is higher compared to last year’s 14.09%. This result is due, in particular, to the increased sugar content of the beets at the time of reception, which reached 17.39%. This figure exceeds the level of 2024 by 0.62%.

Regional Leaders and Production Features

Among the regions, Vinnytsia Oblast demonstrates the largest production volume. Six factories are operating here, having already produced 196 thousand tons of sugar.

Additionally, the Gorokhiv Sugar Factory, which is not part of “Ukrtsukor,” also processes beets but does not provide operational information about the processing progress.
