In March, the average cost of one hectare of agricultural land in Ukraine increased by nearly 4 thousand hryvnias, reaching 73,962 UAH, which is significantly higher than the February figure of 69,778 UAH.

The highest land prices are traditionally recorded in the western regions of the country. Analysts note that these regions demonstrate leadership in the average cost per hectare.

Regional Breakdown of Land Prices
By region, the highest average prices are recorded in:
- Ivano-Frankivsk region — 172.5 thousand UAH per hectare;
- Kyiv region — 161.6 thousand UAH per hectare;
- Lviv region — 125.5 thousand UAH per hectare;
- Ternopil region — 108.8 thousand UAH per hectare;
- Transcarpathian region — 103.8 thousand UAH per hectare.
Thus, the agricultural land market in Ukraine demonstrates a stable trend of increasing prices, especially in the western regions of the country, where prices significantly exceed the national averages.
