Sales Dynamics and Historical Maximum
In March, nearly 24 thousand hectares of agricultural land were sold on the market. This is the largest sales volume since the beginning of 2026.
Despite the price increase, the land value did not reach the wartime record of 95.768 UAH/ha, recorded in January 2026.
The rise in land prices indicates an increase in demand and activity in the market; however, the cost remains below the historical record set in January of this year.
