The USA Remains the Main Supplier of Tractors to Ukraine in 2025
From January to September 2025, Ukraine imported tractors worth $629.4 million, which is 6.2% higher than the figures for the same period last year.

Main Supplier Countries of Tractors
The United States of America continues to lead as the supplier of tractors to the Ukrainian market, accounting for 20.7% of the total import volume — that is $130.2 million. In second place is China with an 18% share ($113 million), followed by Germany with a 16.7% share ($105.3 million). For comparison, in 2024, the top three suppliers were Germany, China, and the Netherlands.
Dynamics of Tractor Imports and Exports
In September 2025, the volume of tractor imports to Ukraine increased by 23.6% compared to September of the previous year, reaching $73.7 million. Despite a slowdown in the first half of the year, the market stabilized in the summer, and purchase volumes nearly matched last year’s figures.
Imports of tractors from other countries decreased by 17.9% — to $280.9 million, and their share in the overall structure fell to 44.6%.
“Ukrainian tractor exports over the nine months amounted to $4.5 million, with the main destinations being Romania (28%), Belgium, and Germany. Last year, the corresponding figure was $4.1 million, with the leading buyers being Moldova, Kazakhstan, and the Czech Republic.”
In 2024, Ukraine imported tractors worth $784 million, which is 5.6% less compared to 2023. The export volume during this period was $5.44 million.
