Tunisia Acquires 100,000 Tons of Wheat in Tender at Lowest Price
On September 10, the Tunisian Grain Agency (ODC) organized a major tender for the purchase of 100,000 tons of soft wheat, regardless of the country of origin.

Tender Results and Participant Prices
As a result of the tender, the entire batch of wheat was purchased from Bunge at a price of $254.58 per ton on a C&F basis. This company offered the most favorable price among all participants. Other bids were higher: Ameropa quoted a price of $259.85 per ton, Casillo – $259.97, while the remaining companies submitted bids over $260 per ton.

Grain Supply Conditions
According to the conditions of the tender, the shipment of wheat will be carried out in four separate batches of 25,000 tons each. Delivery is scheduled between November 5 and December 15 and will depend on the country of origin of the grain.
