Ukraine Exported 580 Thousand Tons of Sugar in a Year — Key Markets

The National Association of Sugar Producers of Ukraine has summarized the marketing year 2024/2025, which ended on August 31. During this period, the country significantly increased its sugar export volumes, supplying 580 thousand tons of products to foreign markets.

Share of Exports in Sugar Production

According to the association, the volume of exported sugar in the 2024/2025 marketing year accounted for 32% of the total production of this product in Ukraine. This indicates the growing role of our country as a stable supplier of sugar to the global market.

Main Directions of Ukrainian Sugar

An important factor in the development of the industry is the expansion of the geography of exports and the increase in the share of Ukrainian sugar in global trade. The export of 580 thousand tons demonstrates the high competitiveness of the product and its demand abroad.
