Ukraine Exported Over 91 Million Tons of Agricultural Products Through the ‘Solidarity Lanes’ in 2025

Since the launch of the international initiative ‘Solidarity Lanes’ in May 2022, Ukraine has exported approximately 179 million tons of goods, with over 91 million tons going to European Union countries. A significant portion of the exported products—around 85 million tons—consists of grain, oilseeds, and related products, indicating a high volume of agricultural export from the country.

The total trade volume through the ‘Solidarity Lanes’ since May 2022 is estimated at approximately 211 billion euros, of which about 61 billion euros is attributed to exports from Ukraine, while imports to our country amount to around 150 billion euros.
The Role of ‘Solidarity Lanes’ in Ukraine’s Export Activities
According to representatives of the European Commission, in March 2025, the ‘Solidarity Lanes’ facilitated the export of approximately 20% of Ukrainian grain, oilseeds, and related products. At the same time, 80% of agricultural products are exported through the Ukrainian corridor, which helps maintain stable supplies and supports the development of the agricultural sector.
Future Opportunities for Ukrainian Exports
According to reports, Ukraine will be able to independently apply for participation in projects aimed at expanding the ‘Solidarity Lanes’, opening new opportunities for agricultural producers and enhancing Ukraine’s strategic role in global agri-food trade.
