Ukrainian Farmers Have Sown Over 94% of Planned Areas with Winter Crops
As of November 11, 2025, winter crops have been sown in Ukraine on an area of 6,194.5 thousand hectares, which is 94.5% of the planned figures.

Main Results of the Sowing Campaign
In the structure of the sown areas, winter wheat occupies the largest share — it has been sown on 4,507.6 thousand hectares. Winter barley has been sown on 544.2 thousand hectares, and the area under winter rye amounted to 66.1 thousand hectares.

The sowing of grain crops has been completed by farmers in the Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Rivne, and Chernihiv regions, indicating high rates of progress in the autumn sowing campaign across these regions.
Dynamics of Winter Rapeseed Sowing
Winter rapeseed has been sown in Ukraine on an area of 1,076.7 thousand hectares. The largest areas for this crop have been allocated in the Odesa, Vinnytsia, and Mykolaiv regions. The sowing of rapeseed has been fully completed in 14 regions of the country, ensuring stability in the structure of oilseed production.
