Demand for Plant-Based Milk in Ukraine: Kantar Ukraine Research
According to the results of a study by Kantar Ukraine, approximately one third of Ukrainians have already tried plant-based milk alternatives. This indicates a growing interest in products from this segment in the Ukrainian market.

Consumption Statistics Among Different Age Groups
The study showed that 31% of surveyed Ukrainians have consumed plant-based milk at least once in the last six months. The remaining 69% have not yet included it in their daily diet. The highest interest in consuming plant-based milk is shown by the youth: among respondents aged 20–29, this figure reaches 40%, in the 30–39 age group it is 39%, and among people aged 55–65, it is 20%.
Trends in the Plant-Based Milk Market
Analysts note that the plant-based milk category is gradually moving beyond a narrow niche; however, it has not yet become a daily habit for most Ukrainians. The development of this segment, according to experts, will largely depend on the product’s availability, ease of use, and how well it meets the needs of daily life.
