Dollar and Euro Exchange Rate Forecast in Ukraine for the Week Leading Up to July 27, 2025

Next week, leading up to July 27, 2025, the currency market in Ukraine may exhibit conflicting trends. According to financial analysts’ estimates, the dollar exchange rate will remain relatively stable, while the euro exchange rate may experience unexpected fluctuations.

Factors Influencing the Currency Market

The Director of the Financial Markets and Investment Activities Department at Globus Bank, Taras Lesovyi, notes that the dynamics of currency exchange rates in Ukraine largely depend on international events. Among the key factors that will impact the market, he highlighted the geopolitical situation in the Middle East, economic relations between BRICS countries and the USA, cooperation between the European Union and the USA, as well as changes in global oil prices.

“The exchange rates will depend on events outside of Ukraine, specifically the situation in the Middle East, economic relations between BRICS countries and the USA, between the European Union and the USA, as well as oil prices.”

Dollar and Euro Rates: Detailed Forecast

According to Taras Lesovyi, from July 21 to July 27, 2025, the dollar exchange rate on the interbank market will fluctuate within the range of 41.6–42 hryvnias per dollar, while on the cash market it will range from 41.6 to 42.2 hryvnias. Thus, 100 dollars in Ukraine will cost 4160–4220 hryvnias, and an amount of 1000 dollars will be 41600–42200 hryvnias.

As for the euro, it is expected that on the interbank market the rate will be in the range of 48.5–49.5 hryvnias per euro, while on the cash market it will range from 48 to 49.5 hryvnias. Therefore, 100 euros will be equivalent to 4800–4950 hryvnias, and 1000 euros will be 48000–49500 hryvnias.
