Dollar Growth Slows: Current Rates as of June 4

The National Bank of Ukraine has set a new official dollar exchange rate for June 4, which is 41.6385 hryvnias per US dollar. This represents an increase of 0.0201 UAH compared to the previous day. Thus, the dollar has appreciated for the second consecutive day, although the rate of growth has somewhat decreased.

Currency Exchange Rate Dynamics in Different Markets
According to official information, the euro has depreciated, with its exchange rate set at 47.4263 UAH per euro, which is 0.0769 UAH lower than the day before.
In the interbank currency market today, the rate of the US dollar has decreased by 10 kopecks, reaching a level of 41.56–41.59 UAH per dollar (buy-sell). This indicates some stabilization after previous fluctuations.
Situation in the Cash Market
In bank exchange offices, the dollar rate has risen by 5 kopecks and currently stands at 41.8 UAH. At the same time, euros are being bought for 47.1 UAH and sold for 47.6 UAH in exchange offices.
The dollar has appreciated for the second consecutive day, but its growth has simultaneously slowed, according to data on the regulator’s website.
Financial analysts continue to monitor currency trends, as even minor fluctuations in the exchange rate affect the market and the economic situation in the country.
